Technician – Robotics & Engineering

We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative company developing advanced agricultural robotics, including strawberry-picking machines. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team working on the build, testing, and maintenance of next-generation automation technology.
The Role:
- Building and testing robotic systems and modules following SOPs
- Carrying out repairs, refurbishments, and upgrades on equipment
- Diagnosing faults and conducting performance testing
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Working collaboratively within a fast-paced engineering environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-18 education in engineering/science or strong interest in the field
- Hands-on technical or mechanical experience
- Interest in robotics, manufacturing, or technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
