Service Advisor - Royston
We’re recruiting a full-time, permanent Service Advisor to join our busy After-Sales teams in Royston and Shefford (one role at each site). In this customer-facing position, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing service and MOT bookings, handling enquiries, liaising with technicians and overseeing invoicing to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. The role includes bonus and commission opportunities, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing service and MOT bookings
- Handling customer enquiries (phone and face-to-face)
- Liaising with workshop technicians
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Making outbound appointment calls
About you:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous experience working within the motor trade is an advantage
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch)
Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
