Senior Designer – 3D (Events & Exhibitions)

Join a world-class brand experience team delivering standout exhibitions, events, and immersive environments across global markets. This is a hands-on senior role for a creative thinker who can lead concepts from idea to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and present creative 2D/3D concepts for events, exhibitions, and conferences aligned to brand and client objectives
- Lead the design journey from ideation through sketches, 3D modelling, renders, and technical drawings
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible, on-budget, and production-ready
- Integrate branding, signage, and experiential elements seamlessly into spatial designs
- Deliver high-quality design outputs on time across multiple projects
- Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas and innovative techniques
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative team
- Support client presentations with compelling visuals and clear design rationale
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Interior, Industrial Design, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience designing events, exhibitions, or conference environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished 3D execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar
- Solid understanding of spatial planning, materials, fabrication, and production workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with exhibition systems (e.g. Maxima / Ortanorm) is an advantage
