Full-Time | Permanent
Basic Salary: £24,000 + Competitive Commission Structure
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious and reputable company based in Cambridge, for a driven and personable Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and contributing to a vibrant, member-focused community. Working closely with leadership and marketing, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing prospective relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities
- Deliver engaging and professional site tours, clearly presenting available packages and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Accurately record and manage leads, tours, and sales activity within the CRM system
- Represent the organisation at open days, client events, and local community functions
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Deliver an exceptional level of service aligned with a premium, client-focused environment
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, leisure, or a client-based environment preferred
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Able to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele
- Professional in appearance and approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
