About the Role:
Are you passionate about printing, design, and producing high-quality visuals? We are looking for a Pre-Press & Large Format Production Operative to join a dynamic team working on exciting printing projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on production, working with printing technology, and seeing projects come to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proof artwork files for print, ensuring layouts, colours, and formats are correct
- Operate large-format printers and monitor production quality
- Handle cutting, laminating, and finishing of printed materials
- Assist with general production tasks and occasional installations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with pre-press software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, RIP software)
- Hands-on experience with large-format printing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
