We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a leading aerospace manufacturing business in Royston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled maintenance team within a modern engineering and production environment.
The role involves carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing machinery, plant equipment, and site facilities. You’ll play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently while supporting ongoing improvements across the site.
To be successful, you should have:
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Fault finding and repair experience within manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery, hydraulics and pneumatics
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience within aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments would be beneficial, along with any maintenance qualifications or electrical certifications.
