We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Insulations Operative to join a growing manufacturing team in Royston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, likes working with their hands, and takes pride in producing quality products.
No previous insulation experience is needed as full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
The role will involve:
- Cutting and assembling insulation materials
- Using templates, hand tools and production instructions
- Sewing and finishing insulation components
- Working as part of a skilled production team
To be successful, you should be:
- Practical and good with your hands
- Able to sew or have basic sewing skills
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a team environment
