Factory Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary & Benefits: 40,000 AED per month + commission on each project, plus end-of-year schemes including project share & profits
Our client, a leading global production company, is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at their Dubai facility. You will manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring high-quality fabrication and fit-outs for exhibitions, events, retail, museums, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary teams across carpentry, metalwork, painting, CNC, finishing, and logistics

Plan and maintain production schedules to meet project timelines

Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met

Collaborate with Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Site Teams

Optimise resources and equipment utilisation

Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance

Manage budgets, reduce waste, and improve efficiency

Coach and develop supervisors and skilled workers
Requirements:

Mastery in carpentry with hands-on experience in fabrication for events/exhibitions

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

8–10 years’ production/factory experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role (events, exhibitions, or interior fit-outs)

Proficient in CAD interpretation, ERP systems, and MS Office

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
