The Role
As Factory Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a large production facility, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead production teams, manage workflows and resources while driving continuous improvements across the factory.
About You
We're looking for an experienced production or factory leader with excellent people management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Experience within exhibitions, events, manufacturing, interiors, or a similar production environment would be highly beneficial.
