We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established Industrial Mechanical & Electrical Engineering company with over 100 years of success. The business works across a variety of client sites, maintaining and repairing critical equipment, meaning no two days are the same.
The Role
Managing and leading a small team of Mechanical Engineers
Attending client sites to assess requirements and troubleshoot issues
Overseeing servicing and repair of pumps, motors, fan units, and systems
Producing quotations and managing ongoing works
Maintaining strong communication with clients on job progress
Supporting recruitment and development of team members
Working hands-on when required
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in onsite mechanical repairs
Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams
Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, and industrial systems
Ideally electrically biased with strong mechanical understanding
Confident, proactive, and hands-on approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
