Your Role
Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop an electrical engineering team

Take ownership of technical quality, operational performance, and team wellbeing
Project Delivery
-
Act as Project Manager on selected single and multi-disciplinary projects
-
Deliver projects to programme, budget, and quality standards
-
Work collaboratively with regional and international teams
Business Growth

Support business development through client engagement and market activities
-
Contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic initiatives
Willingness to travel is required, including potential travel to the UK, Saudi Arabia, and India.
What We’re Looking For

BEng / BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-
Chartered Engineer status and membership of a relevant professional body
-
Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects

Middle East experience preferred

Advantageous qualifications:

Dubai Municipality accreditation

Dubai Civil Defence accreditation
