Customer Service Representative
We are recruiting for a full time and permanent Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a family run business based just outside of Royston. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual as this is a varied role where you’ll help ensure customers receive excellent service.
You will be

Ensuring smooth running of the office, working effectively with the team to build strong customer relationships

Managing incoming emails and customer enquiries

Processing customer orders using Sage

Preparing production information and documentation

Coordinating logistics and international shipments

Providing pricing and quotations to customers

Handle general office administration and order supplies
You will have

Great customer service skills

Experience using Sage and Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence in speaking with customers by phone and email

Your own transport due to the remote location, the site can only be accessed by driving
