The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced Bench Joiners to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and overtime availability.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing bespoke joinery items from technical drawings

Working with a range of materials including hardwoods and sheet materials

Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently

Assembling and finishing high-quality joinery products

Ensuring work is completed to specification and within deadlines

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
